Goose * the golden stud *

Our alpha male, this large, tall stud of a golden is a beautiful dark red coat color and displays unique hair patterns – including his signature mohawk on the nose, which looks awesome with his square head.

Now at 3 years old, Goose continues to be our family’s activity dog, always eager for the daily games of fetch and a loyal companion on trail running or hiking in the hills of Calimesa and Yucaipa, CA.

Goose comes from a long line of high quality breed dogs in Loveland, CO, with many of them being bred for hunting and other endurance sports. He’s been amazing for keeping up with our busy family! Goose is an exuberant people-loving red golden and is known for his happy hellos and then patiently tags along on whatever adventure the kids have planned for the day. With 4 kids age 7-13, he has a lot of people friends and daily experiences with smalls to elderly.

Goose has certs for OFA eyes and cardiac, and a perfect genetic report from Embark. OFA testing is complete and pending results for hips and elbows.

Lola * the tender-hearted *

Lola, our gentle, snuggle-loving momma was bred from a line of reds in Maine, USA. She joined our family as a friend and mate for Goose, and her personality is the perfect match for his energy. She’s supremely chill, always up for a ball toss, and yet likewise content with only your presence.

Lola has shorter hair than Goose, and a similar deep red coloring. She’s smaller in stature, mid-size for a red Golden Retriever. Because she’s gentle and soft-spoken immediately, she finds herself the best friend of all new guests at Coppertown. She’s ideal for kids who haven’t met dogs before!

Lola has state-of-the-art PennHip testing on hips and elbows, and is scheduled for OFA cardiac and eyes mid-2026.
